Membership Fee:
- $10,000 AD&D and $20,000 Common Carrier Insurance – $10.00 per statement cycle*.
- $20,000 AD&D and $40,000 Common Carrier Insurance – $11.00 per statement cycle**.
- $30,000 AD&D and $60,000 Common Carrier Insurance – $12.00 per statement cycle***.
Fees for active military, veterans, teachers, first responders, and customers age 62 or older are $5.00*, $5.50**, and $6.00*** respectively.
