First and foremost, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these unprecedented times. Since we made the decision to close our lobbies, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and listening to guidance from state and local officials.

In accordance with their recommendations, SouthWest Bank has been developing a plan to reopen our branches. Currently, we plan to open some of our branch lobbies by May 18th. By June 1st, we anticipate all SouthWest Bank lobbies will be fully open.

Our lobbies at 42nd St. in Odessa, W. Wall St. in Midland, and Quaker Ave. in Lubbock will be open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. If you are immunocompromised, a first responder, medical personnel, or 65 or older, our lobbies will be open an hour early, at 9:00 am.

We have increased our cleaning procedures in accordance with the CDC’s recommendations and stocked our lobbies with hand sanitizer and disinfectants. We will also have notices on the doors that state our guidelines, along with floor markers to signal appropriate social distancing to keep you and our employees safe.

Although we are opening our lobbies for a period of time, if you can conduct your business or transaction through our drive thru, mobile app or another digital method, we encourage you to do so.
